The 2th edition of the RoboCup Asia-Pacific was held in 2018. These competitions were held in 22 leagues, including rescue leagues, humanoid leagues in child, adolescent and adult sizes, soccer player robots, standard platform robots, household robots, industrial robots, rescue simulator, 2D and 3D simulator, virtual robots, student and adult shows, Adult and student shows were held with the presence of 2,500 participants in the form of 220 teams from 14 Asian and Pacific countries at the Kish International Exhibition and the Emirates branch. The student team of Applied Intelligent Systems Research Institute was able to win the second place in the industrial robots section.
